The 30-Day Guarantee

At Justin Maisonary Specialist, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return most non-bespoke items, such as standard shovels, spades, and garden decor, within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that natural stone products are heavy and fragile; therefore, they must be returned in the original packaging or on the original shipping pallet.

Condition Requirements

Returns are subject to a physical inspection by our staff. If you are returning stone paving or marble blocks, they must not have been installed or sealed. If you have utilized any stone cutting tools, we cannot accept them for a return due to the wear and tear caused to blades and motor mechanisms. Statues and garden furniture must be free of chips, cracks, or environmental staining that was not present at the time of the original sale.

Prepaid Return Labels and Logistics

For smaller items like hand tools, we provide UK prepaid return labels upon request. For larger stone products, you are responsible for arranging the return transport, as these items require specialized equipment for safe handling. We recommend using a professional haulage firm that specializes in building materials. Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees which cover the cost of inspecting and re-stacking heavy stone pallets.

Exclusions

Custom-cut stone, bespoke masonry blocks, and clearance items are final sale. We strongly encourage customers to visit our store to inspect raw stone blocks in person before finalizing a purchase, as natural variations in stone are not considered manufacturing defects.
