Product Authenticity and Usage

Our masonry products, including reclaimed historic blocks and marble paving, are natural materials. Natural stone variability is to be expected, including color shifts, veining, and texture differences. Customers acknowledge that images provided on our website are for reference only. For heavy-duty tools, including stone lifting equipment and cutting blades, users must be qualified professionals. Justin Maisonary Specialist is not liable for accidents resulting from the improper use of stone cutting machinery or lifting tools. Proper safety gear, including steel-toed boots and eye protection, is mandatory when handling our heavy stone inventory.

Payment and Ownership

All items remain the property of Justin Maisonary Specialist until full payment is received. For bespoke stone cutting services, a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required before work commences. Once stone is cut to specific client dimensions, it is considered a custom order and is exempt from standard returns unless the material is proven to be structurally defective.

Liability Limitations

Due to the heavy nature of our inventory, customers are responsible for their own safety while on site. We provide loading assistance, but we assume no responsibility for damage to private vehicles during transport. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the items sold. We do not provide compensation for third-party installation costs or project delays.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the sale of historic stonework or masonry tools will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
